I just caught up on your new digs here at this cosy and warm spot you got goin' on and I am DIGGIN' it, girlfriend.
You are right! There are folks, myself included, that are way glad you are back. You were indeed missed and you are always so kind and leave great and supportive comments, a true friend.
Your little guy, despite challenges, sounds wonderful and so much fun and so expressive and talented. I like that he knows how to ask for applause when he knows it's well-deserved, I could stand to learn a lesson from that! For sure!! It is healthy to be able to feel comfortable expressing your needs as a human being in this world. I applaud him for that.
And the grown-up twelve-year-old...I loved reading your glowing words about him. It must be an amazing feeling to be so proud of him and his accomplishments. And a Trumpeteer, eh? Right on!!
(Is that how you spell trumpeteer? Maybe that's not a word.)
Anyhow, I'm glad to read about all your new friends that you've made the past year. They all sound really great.
I'm sorry some of your work friends were let go. That has to suck.
Heh. Looks like the part of Texas I was stationed in when I was in the army years ago. Saw plenty of sunrises around there... I wasn't a fan. Then again, falling out of bed to go running with somebody yelling at you before you've had coffee... that'll do it to ya.
Funny I don't remember those sunrises being quite as serene as this one.
Welcome to my cozy spot, where the coffee is always on.
This is all about me and my struggles and triumphs of being a Mom, wife and full time career from home with a large corporation. Grab a cup of java and settle in.
Wow!
